Practice Overview
- Join a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians, family physicians, NPs, and behavioral health providers
- 100% outpatient practice at a flagship West Philadelphia location
- No hospital responsibilities-focus entirely on community-based primary care
- Opportunity to influence clinical workflows, quality initiatives, and program development
Schedule
- 3 clinical days and 2 dedicated administrative days each week
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM
- No weekend requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $270,000
- Additional $24,000 annual incentive program
- 200 hours PTO, plus 40 sick hours and 10 paid holidays
- CME allowance
- Full reimbursement for licensing, malpractice, and credentialing
