HVAC & Plumbing Helper (Full-Time)

Concord Plumbing & Heating is looking for a motivated Full-Time HVAC & Plumbing Helper to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and want a career with excellent benefits and advancement opportunities, we'd love to meet you!

No extensive experience? No problem. We'll provide hands-on training while you work alongside experienced HVAC technicians and licensed plumbers.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC & Plumbing Helper, you'll assist our technicians with residential installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Cut, thread, and prepare pipe and ductwork
• Drill holes and install brackets, supports, and hangers
• Perform basic maintenance including replacing filters and cleaning equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Deliver materials and pick up parts using company vehicles when needed
• Learn industry best practices from experienced professionals

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and dependable
• Willing to learn a skilled trade
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to lift 50100 pounds
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
• Possesses a valid driver's license (required)

Preferred but not required:

• Trade school experience
• HVAC or plumbing experience
• EPA Refrigerant Certification

Pay

$16.00$18.00 per hour

Pay is based on experience.

Schedule

• MondayFriday
• 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
