What You'll Lead • Instructional leadership and continuous school improvement • Student services, staffing, CTE advocacy, and day-to-day building operations • Strong, consistent support for faculty and staff navigating student discipline, parent concerns, and conflict resolution • Cross-district strategies that promote student success throughout our consortium schools What You Bring • PA Principal or PA Vocational Director certification • Working knowledge of the PDE Teacher Effectiveness System • Previous building-level administrative experience preferred Help Build What's Next.
