Opening in October 2026, Pons Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced veterinary leader to become our Founding Practice Manager. This is a rare opportunity to help launch a new specialty hospital, build an exceptional team, create a positive workplace culture, and influence the future of a growing organization from day one.

Unlike many management positions, this role offers the opportunity to help establish the systems, processes, and culture that will define our hospital for years to come. As a member of our founding leadership team, your ideas, leadership, and vision will help shape the future of Pons Veterinary Specialists.

What You'll Do

•        Recruit, onboard, and develop an exceptional team.
•        Create a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture.
•        Lead day-to-day hospital operations and workflow.
•        Support financial performance and operational efficiency.
•        Oversee scheduling, inventory, and administrative functions.
•        Develop policies, procedures, and operational systems.
•        Partner with ownership as hospital expands into a full specialty referral center.

What We're Looking For

•        2–3 years of healthcare (veterinary, dental, medical, etc.) management experience.
•        Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•        A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
•        Positive, solution-oriented leadership style.
•        CVPM designation is preferred but not required.
