Commercial Loan Officer Milton Savings Bank is a fast-growing community bank with locations in Milton and Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a high energy, results driven Commercial Lender who will develop or bring new business relationships to the bank throughout the contiguous counties surrounding our offices in North Central Pennsylvania. The appropriate candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet bank-wide growth and performance targets. They must be an accountable professional who works well with others in a collaborative environment. Must be a strong communicator and uphold high standards of integrity. The candidate will also be expected to represent the bank in Lewisburg community, and in local organizations and events as we continue to expand our presence in this market.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop or bring new Business Relationships through various methods and networks, to grow the loan portfolio and achieve bank-wide loan goals. * Build trusted, competent, and confident relationships with clients through engagement and understand their needs in order to provide the appropriate products and solutions. * Assist the commercial lending department with maintaining compliance with all commercial and bank policies, compliance laws, and regulations. * Assist in gathering/preparing documents for audits/exams, as well as making corrections to processes when required. * Work with the Chief Credit Officer to ensure proper and consistent underwriting and documentation of commercial credit. * Assist with collections and commercial work-out loan situations when needed. * Present to the Loan Committee and will assist in evaluating and approving commercial credits of other lenders. * Assist with selling deposit and business services to commercial customers. Education & Experience

* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. * Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial lending * Goal oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
