Education ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR Full-time permanent position. Anticipated start date 12/01/2026. Successful candidate must have: PA Career & Technical Administrative Director certification, Superintendent Letter of Eligibility or ability to obtain. A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Joint Operating Committee/ School Boards, and professional peers. CTE/academic administrative experience at the secondary level. Experience/ability to promote career & technical education. Ability to create and maintain mission and goal statements. Ability to oversee all facets of administration including personnel, budgeting, curriculum development, and safety. A track record of ethical leadership and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working in workforce education, career and technical environments and formal education settings. An understanding of employment contracts/negotiations. Experience with comprehensive/strategic plans, school improvement plans, and Chapter 339 Technical Assist Visits. Understanding of Programs of Study, NOCTI/NIMS, Keystone exams, and industry certifications. Working knowledge of budgeting. Working knowledge of facilities and project management. Working knowledge of public relations. Act 24, Act 34, Act 151, Act 114, Act 168 and all mandated clearances required upon hire.
